Our trusted Thursday tempo is back, but with a different attitude.
We crashed an existing run last week, and had so much fun in the process that I propose to continue until they kick us out. So join us for the Official Crash The Justin Fournier and Eric Bedell Thursday Tempo Run.
What is very different is that we have historically run this workout on asphalt, but Eric won’t have any of that in his run. We are going on gravel instead.
Hang out long enough and Eric will have you running barefoot.
Last week, we did the following:
WARM-UP: 2 Miles
MS: 3 mile tempo
COOL-DOWN: 2 miles
Needless to say, we will get longer on that tempo over time.
